Kae Partner Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES

1. Relationship

Agreeing to work with us implies the formation of a relationship which will be guided by the terms listed in this document. Additional terms may apply to certain Services, such as events that require return trips, and such additional terms will be communicated to you in connection with the applicable services. Kae may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective as soon as Kae communicates them to you. Your continued access or use of the services after such communication implies your agreement to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

2. The Services

Kae systems provides a technology platform that enables users of Kae’s mobile applications or websites provided as part of the services (each, an “Application”) to arrange and schedule transportation services with independent third-party providers of transport.

3. Your Use of the Services

User Accounts

To use most features of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to Kae certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and age. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.

User Requirements and Conduct

You may not allow other people to use your account to register their vehicles. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may only use the Services for legal purposes. As a partner of Kae you must always, act in an honest, polite, responsible and diligent manner to the benefit of all involved. Compliance with contractual terms is required.

Confidentiality

You agree that you will not at any time, during or after employment, disclose to any person (including clients and other managers of Kae) any sensitive information as to the practice, business dealings or affairs of Kae and the clients.

Vehicle

The vehicles must satisfy all the road requirements put in place by the department of transport. It must be registered (double disk licence) and smell good for customers. The vehicle should not have broken windows and the doors should be properly working. In no circumstances should the vehicle have broken seats or torn seat covers.

Driver

It remains the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the driver knows about his/her assignment for the trip, that he arrives at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before trip time. The driver must treat customers in an acceptable and reasonable manner. In the case of a return trip, the driver must remain on site until the event finishes and complete the trip.

Network Access and Devices

You are responsible for buying own data to ensure network access necessary to use the Services. It remains your responsibility to buy and update well-matched devices needed to access and use the Services and Applications. The “driver application” will function fully on, but only limited to, any android devices. The Admin Application works on any smartphone device and computers.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN ANY EVENT OF THEFT, ACCIDENTS RESULTING FROM DRIVER NEGLEGENCES OR HAZARD-CAUSED ACCIDENTS SUCH AS SLIPPERY ROADS DUE TO OIL SPILLING, THAT RESULTS TO LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS, DISABILITIES, DEATH OR ANY DISDAVANDAGEOUS HARM, KAE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS, DISABILITY CLAIMS, REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED AND LOST BELONGINGS, REPAIRS ON DAMAGED VEHICLES.
